Steps

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over gentle heat.
  • Fry the onion and garlic for 5 to 7 minutes until translucent.
  • Add 85g of green beans and cook for 5 minutes until firm but cooked.
  • Pour in 100ml of double cream and season with salt and pepper.
  • Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until the cream is heated and slightly reduced.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
