Steps

  • Wrap asparagus spears with Parma ham in bundles of three.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry bundles for one minute on each side until coloured.
  • Remove bundles and fry chopped asparagus with remaining dressing ingredients in the same pan for two minutes.
  • Place wraps on a plate and pour the pan sauce over them to serve.
